As many of our products are made to order, refunds and replacements are handled carefully.

Refunds or replacements are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within a specified time frame after delivery with clear photos and order details.

Refunds are not issued for sizing errors or change of mind unless the issue is due to a mistake on our part.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
